Regardless of the size of your funeral home or cemetery, every business must have an occupational health and safety program developed and implemented for their employees. Having adequate health and safety policies and procedures in place, allows the employer to not only educate their employees in certain safety topics but also ensures the employers are in compliance with provincial regulations. Canadian provincial regulations require all employers to develop, implement and sustain an occupational health and safety program.
In this webinar, we look at what is required in an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Manual and Program and offer the Top 10 Safety Tips in the death care industry.
