Senior Manager, Digital and CRM Marketing

Jeff Hum is the Senior Manager, Digital and CRM Marketing for Arbor Memorial, a post he’s been at since 2011. Jeff’s a digital marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience leading and managing teams in integrated and digital marketing, social media, strategic planning, search engine marketing, CRM and direct marketing. He’s lived and worked in Osaka, Japan, New York and Toronto and calls downtown Toronto home with his wife and 2 daughters. 

Jeff has worked across industries in advertising and marketing for such brands as Victoria’s Secret, Ralph Lauren, Unilever, Microsoft, Hyundai, Scotiabank and the Ontario Government. An avid traveler in his spare time (and when COVID allows), he also studies languages and can scrape by in 4 different languages. Jeff is excited to join this year’s FSAC conference and to participate in the Social Media Panel.
